Kàlẹ́ndà Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Kàlẹ́ndà is an AI-powered calendar assistant that helps users understand their schedules and manage calendar events through supported integrations. This policy explains how we access, use, store, share, and delete information when you use Kàlẹ́ndà.

Depending on the services you connect, we may process:

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information only as necessary to provide Kàlẹ́ndà's features, including to:

3. Google Calendar and Google User Data

If you connect Google Calendar, Kàlẹ́ndà accesses Google user data only within the permissions you grant. We use the relevant data to provide the calendar and assistant features you request.

Calendar information is retrieved when needed to fulfill requests. Our current implementation is intended not to copy calendar events into our database. Conversation messages or other information may still contain calendar details, depending on what you ask the assistant to process.

Kàlẹ́ndà does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Information received from Google APIs is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

4. Storage and Security

Our application stores account information, time zone settings, linked integration details, authentication tokens, and conversation history as required by the features you use. We aim to protect authentication tokens and other sensitive information using appropriate security measures.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We take reasonable steps to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your connections, and meet applicable legal or security requirements.

You can disconnect a calendar or unlink a chat integration from the dashboard, where those controls are available. You can also request deletion of your account and associated stored information through the account deletion feature or by contacting us.

Disconnecting a service may stop future access but does not necessarily delete information already stored. Some records may remain for a limited period where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You can also revoke Google account access through your Google Account permissions .

6. Your Choices

You control which integrations you connect and the permissions you grant. You may revoke access through the relevant provider or use available Kàlẹ́ndà controls to disconnect integrations and request deletion of stored information.

7. International Processing

Kàlẹ́ndà serves users internationally. Depending on the providers involved, information may be processed or stored in countries other than your own, subject to applicable requirements.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our service or data practices change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
